Risotto is denser than pasta. On the other hand, porridge has a more liquid consistency. Very aromatic, Italy’s famous Risotto is ready in 15 minutes.

How is it prepared?
Boil 600 ml of water in a saucepan. Transfer 1 pack of product to boiling water and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes. Do not close the lid of the pot. Cook, stirring frequently, until all the water has been absorbed. Optionally, you can add extra butter and parmesan.
