If your country has certain additional laws regarding the purchase of food from abroad, they may ask you to provide some additional documents. Instead of offering a fixed fee, we determine this fee according to the type and weight of the products you buy. At the end of the shopping, we also indicate the total shipping cost on the checkout page. The factors determining the shipment fee are as follows:

Your orders are purchased from local shops at your request and sent to you with care. Therefore, if your product has been shipped, you do not have the chance to cancel it. If you want to cancel within 24 hours after your order, you can easily do so. Did you give up purchasing the product after it reached you? If your product has been shipped, it may be too late for this. Because, unfortunately, we cannot forward such a change of information to the shipment company. If your product has not been shipped yet, please contact us.
If you see a “free shipping” label in your orders, it means you can get the product to your door without paying any penny for shipping.
When you come to the payment page, the shipping cost will also be reflected in the total fee. When paying through the checkout page on Grand Bazaarist, you will also have paid the required fee for shipping.
After making all the necessary payments, you may still have to make additional payments under the name of various import fees when receiving the product. This payment is not taken by Grand Bazaarist. The amount of payment is determined by the laws of your country of residence.
As you are doing an international purchase, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees that may apply depending on the laws of your country of residence. These are not included on the checkout page of your shopping from Grand Bazaarist. You may have to pay these fees when the products arrive at your door. When submitting your order, we indicate the total amount of your order on the package and make it visible to anyone. The main reason for this is tax laws.
